Deer not coming out when i am hunting?

Look i have a 140 acres and every time i go hunting i see nothing they got to be coming out at night they ate 50 pounds of corn in a day and there are rubs and scrapes everywhereDeer not coming out when i am hunting?
You just answered your own question. Deer are mostly nocturnal animals. Evolution has made it this way...as they encounter fewer predators at night. The number one predator of deer has always been humans. And, it was not until the invention of the electric light bulb that deer would need to fear humans at night. For hundreds of thousands of years, deer would feed at night while the cavemen and women would retreat to their caves for safety.Deer not coming out when i am hunting?
If they are coming to yo9ur spot then the question is when are they coming. You can put out a game camera and you will find out really quick. That would be my suggestion. Be interesting to know what the buck looks like that is working those scrapes too. Also, 140 acres is not a lot. If there is lots of hunting pressure surrounding the area the deer are probably moving at night.
Well, you have to be quiet, and you need to try to go to your hunting spot before dawn, 1, so they can't see you as well, 2, so you can sneak into your spot when they're asleep! Also, try not to have a strong scent. When you're hunting, you MUST have a scent blocker of some kind. Or they'll smell you and leave that area immediately.
sounds to me like you are not playing your wind right do the work find out where the deer are coming from and going to intersect them in between set more than one stand (playing your wind) get there early stay late people think that hunting is putting up a stand and hunting there is much more to it than that its alot of work most sportsmen enjoy it tho
Perhaps you should read up on the habits of deer before you try to hunt them.

Deer bed down and take a nap during most of the day.

It is possible to walk right by one hiding in the grass and not see it if you aren't looking closely. (I have ';jumped'; deer out of their beds at less than 10 feet on several occasions!)
go out to your post before daylight and stand on your post. Don,t be tempted to shoot before it's legal. out early see deer [buck rubbed in the gloom 25 ft. away] this happened to me and no more that morning. keep trying and good luck. Jesse
Stop sharting so much.. lol

- You are prolly upwind, he can smell you.

- early morning and right before dark are best times

- Apples work wonders for noobs

- Have you found the trails, eating and drinking spots?

- Get off the ground

Etc.
If it's open acreage then they are hiding out during the day. You have to get there extra early before sunrise and hide out. Plus you have to not stink, they can smell you.
50lb of corn a day! You either have alot of deer or one big fat one. Just keep feedin em like that and maybe one'll just keel over from obesity.
1 be quite 2 go out before daylight 3 use cover scent 4 be hiden 5 deer on the ground

The thing about deer is.... you gotta be quiet! lols.
