whatever you do, DEFINATELY wear an orange vest. Deer CAN'T see it and other hunters CAN, so they won't shoot you instead of the deer. It is a legal requirement in most areas as well.





Do shower, but don't use soap or anything else with a scent as they will smell it. Some places sell special scents that they claim attract deer, so check out your local hunting and killing store.





If you put out a salt block in advance of hunting season, deer will start to come around regularly so you'll have a good area to hunt in and won't have to spend the day schlepping around and making noise.





You can also get platforms that attach to trees so you can sit up there and wait for whatever you're hunting to stroll by.





Make sure you have a license for whatever you're hunting because if you get caught out of season or without a license, you're in deep trouble. Most towns have hunting guides available that advise of seasons and license costs. Attend a hunter's safety course. You won't regret it.What r some hunting advantages?

My dad used to hunt and I remember holding my nose for the whole day, because he didn't shower and mom told me '; your dad is going hunting.'; Use camoflouge ( sp?) on your face and and don't wear that disgusting neon orange!!! Deer aren't color blind, and they can spot you up to 10 miles away from where ever you are at wearing that stuff. Ps, Wal-mart has great cammo paint and scent cover-up. Get some, and get a helmet from the army/navy surplus, to cover your head. They can smell hair stuff too.What r some hunting advantages?
cammo and animal scent... be hidden and smell like what the animal will come to. and also a high powered scope too.
