USMC has one idea and it may work. My approach would be to buy a camo paint kit at one of the outdoor stores such as Cabela's or Bass Pro. Then study a piece of camo cloth that you like the design of. Take your paint and go try to copy the pattern. You don't have to be perfect, you just have to break up the outline of your canoe and do your best to match the prevalent colors where you will be using your canoe. Don't paint it in green woodland colors and take it to an area where you are hunting in brown marsh grass. Have fun.
