Those sites are fine, but what you have to remember is that the internet is only one source of information on job openings. It'll tell you what jobs are there, but if it's the only job-hunting tool you use, you're shortchanging yourself.
You have to decide what job it is you really want, then seek the advice of people who currently hold those jobs by going on 'informational interviews.'; Take them to lunch or something and pick their brains.
I can't tell you how many times this has worked for me. If you ask people's advice on jobs, you'll really want to help you get one. And you want as much help as you can get. Give it a try. Good luck.
