Depends on the situation in which the ghost is supposed to appear. If at night, you will need a low-light system. If during the day, you don't need it.

Not sure about the camera, but try an infra-red lamp instead of having it built into the cam.

you shouldn't go after ghosts! if you think you know somewhere were there's a ghost, pick up the phone and call the GHOST-BUSTERS!
